Raj Kumar helped me a lot and staff was amazing and service should come here if anything food is amazing and room service is quick. Amazing rooms/views and pool is amazing. The things they provide are good for health. Overall his service was spectacular and provided immense kindness throughout. Great hotel, would stay again with similar staff!

My stay was made memorable, thanks to Ms. Sweta (team head) for giving special attention to our needs, organising such a memorable farewell, and presenting a delightful token of appreciation. She ensured our comfort and assisted us with everything! 😊 Mr. Akash also deserves special mention for his attention to detail. He provided us with a comprehensive guide to the restaurants in Kolkata, which was extremely helpful. He was constantly in touch with us to offer assistance both in and around the Hyatt and Kolkata! 😊 Additionally, thanks to Kunal and Sudipta from the housekeeping team for their beautifully written notes and exceptional service 😊 A big thanks to Ms. Vidisha as well for her prompt help 😊

The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant experience. The menu is extensive, featuring everything from classic Indian breakfast items like dosas and parathas to continental favorites such as pancakes and omelets. Each dish is prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented beautifully. The flavors are consistently delicious, making it hard to pick a favorite. One of the highlights for me is the live counter, where you can watch your food being prepared to perfection. The chefs are skilled and accommodating, always ready to customize dishes to your liking. The beverages are equally impressive, with a range of freshly squeezed juices, aromatic coffees, and soothing teas. The masala chai, in particular, is a must-try. Hospitality for the board room, morning breakfast was good. Cleanliness, amenities in the board room were well managed. Mr. Balakynsai hosted us well during our meeting. Looking foward to our next meet. Food variety was good. Thank you for your quality service.

We stayed at the Hyatt Ballygunge hotel for one night . The staff was extremely helpful and polite . We had a small issue when we landed in kolkotta and the staff went out of their way to help us . 5 stars for the The breakfast at the restaurant . Had a full spread of local cuisine including malai toast , ghugni , aalo dum and luchi . The chef was very accommodating to our requests . We had a pleasurable meal thanks to the chef and staff at the restaurant . Overall a great stay at the hotel

Comfortable , well maintained and humble staff , leadership team. The breakfast spread was outstanding and delicious . I personally like the fusion Resturant at the 2nd floor . Value for money !

The Claridale is well-managed and scores very well on upkeep, ***** with its 5-star credentials. The highlight for me, though, is the courteous nature and efficiency of The Claridale Team, especially the housekeeping team and reception staff, Souvik being exemplary in this regard. The icing on the cake is the location. All said, it is my preferred choice on my business visits to Kolkata and I would recommend The Claridale to anyone who travels to Kolkata.
