The rooms are small and though I had requested a room with enough natural light, we were given a room with a small window. The runner on the bed was dirty. The fittings in the bathroom were old and semi rusted. Electricity went off twice with no battery back . Breakfast is charged at Rs 354 per person. We were charged Rs 3500 for the room for two of us with no additional benefit. Except for the location, the price is far too high. They should not charge more than Rs 2000 per room per night. I had recommended this hotel to my cousin for day use and the hotel charged them Rs 4000 for two dirty rooms for about 10 hours usage. Also as far as possible please do not use Agoda because they do not have an Indian office and you are left in the lurch for any assistance.

The hotel is running because of it’s location.The only thing I appreciated about my stay was that they arranged for an early check-in as requested. The rooms didn’t justify the prices charged. I had booked two rooms, one had a hard mattress and when I said about this at reception, the staff insisted that all their rooms have the best mattresses. The taps didn’t work properly in this room and the AC was for namesake. The housekeeping staff were polite, I really appreciate their hospitality. But the staff at the breakfast buffet had no sense of good service and the breakfast itself was way below average. The rooms were not very soundproof we could hear people talking in their rooms across the hall and it was disturbing.

Furniture and bedding in rooms are old and dirty. Staff at reception are rude and arrogant. Breakfast has limited options, even if you want to order something reply is NO. Waste of money staying in this hotel. Guests should look for better options.

Old property, bathroom was stinking, and the main character was person sitting at reception desk who had no manners to talk to guests, he thinks that guests stay over there all are his staff so he can say roughly to them whatever he wants.
