Very bad experience, after several request not repair the geyser. In winter without gyeser bathing is terrible experience. I don't recommend.

Had a nice experience availing the services of Hotel Chrestwood. Overall things were ok but could be better if washroom maintenance were taken care, shower was not working also the pillow cover i got was torn. Breakfast had limited choices.

As per my vision, Hotel Crestwood is my Second Home. Mr. Sudip Das is a very Gentle and very familiar to me. Overall all the Staffs are always dedicated towards their Job responsibility. Whenever I come to Kolkata, Hotel Crestwood is my only Option. Thank You.

Manager and staffs were professional. Room was neat and clean with all required things. All shops were close to my hotel and food available if required in room.

The room was cramped and overpriced, offering little value for the cost. The bathroom was in a deplorable state with a large hole, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The room was clearly neglected, with dirty linens and curtains. The ac was noisy, disrupting sleep. I booked based on the mm t value-stay tag and feel completely deceived. The breakfast options were limited, and overpriced water bottle(mrp 30, they charged 35) added insult to injury
