Pros - very good location even better than the hotels inside the New market. service staff are very helpful and cordial. Room and toilet are big and clean. breakfast is very good and has a good variety.
Cons- the property is a bit old. the room tariff is a bit high but more or less this has been the standard rate around Park street and the neighborhood.

Had a terrible experience at lytton. Rooms were old and dirty. Construction going on outside made it impossible to sleep. Towels were stained. Bucket and mug was untouchable. Bed linen was also so dirty. Spiderweb and dust everywhere. And they say these were newly renovated rooms. Breakfast was also horrible. Choice was so limited.

The stay at the hotel was comfortable and the area around the hotel was good. The breakfast was tasty and wholesome however the choice of fish items for dinner was limited to rohu.
