Very old hotel and not very well maintained. It should be rated just only 2 stars at maximum.

Stayed 2 nights at HHI Kolkata. 4 star rating? Really?!! The hotel is in a run down condition. Only poor cover ups happening around the place. Filthy as well. Mould in bathrooms, power points cracked and unable to recharge our phone. False ceiling and wall plaster peeling off. Temperature control in room impossible. Either freeze or switch off aircon and potentially feel hot. Had our travel agent change our assigned rooms to an "upgraded" one but that made no difference. One of the rooms we got ( we had 2 rooms booked) , did not have a firm enough mattress leading to body aches in the morning. The hotel needs to close down for a while for a proper renovation and until that happens.. we cannot see how it can boast 4 star rating. Hotel staff in general though were helpful and welcoming.

Had an excellent experience celebrating a family occasion at the Myth HHI. Puja & Shubham's next level of hospitality made all the difference so all thanks to them for making our day all that more special and memorable and for treating us so specially. Highly recommend this place !!

The services were good. cleaning and they are able to keep the room clean. very friendly in customer service. The Food is great. Really enjoyed the stay all the staffs were very proactive. The ambience of the hotel is also very good, neat and tidy.

We stayed at HHI. Rajanya took great care of us and ensured whatever we required was provided in a very short time. All staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and most amenities were present..it was a great experience and looking forward to staying again

Very clean room by Miss Ajija. Very well equipped with everything you need. Staff really helpful, nothing is too much of a problem. Our room had a great view over the city. Our lunchtime meal in Myth was very good, again, very attentive staff. Close to famous sights.Would recommend for a stay in Kokata .
