I am staying here now 29 to 30th July 2024, in room power supply has gone by around 4.00 am , in spite of repeated requests, they have not attended, after attending also the person said wait I will look in to the problem and kept the phone down in reception and slept, around 5.45 after repeated pressure, he shifted me to other room and said some power fluctuation in hotel, I am traveling for more than 25 years now, never seen such a hotel, I will never recommend this property to anyone

Location is excellent - centre of south calcutta, a happening place for eateries, street food, shopping in lake market area, gariahat, close to metro station ( convenient for going anywhere including dakshineswar) and kalighat kali temple. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful and smiling. Very hospitable. They want the guests to be happy. Food was awesome.
