According to the information from Trip.com, they provide free shuttle service, but actually, they don't. When I asked the service, they said it is not free and costs 1200 rupees, which is pretty expensive. They have to delete the fake advertisement and look for what "free" means in turn dictionary.
The reception was not that professional, and didn't mention the basic information when I checked-in. He didn't inform me of the checkout time, wifi access, where my room is, where the elevator is etc..

Good stay experience only beds are short in length making stay uncomfortable. Food is good and Gopal has really helped making sure to have to good experience in restaurant.

Rooms are cozy with a great view from the room. Citrus cafe has some really good meals to offer. Staff are humble special mention to gopal for added personalised touch. Would love to stay here again.

The stay was really good, the staff is very polite and helpfull, prasenjeet was very kind and assisted well. The room was really clean and all the amenities were well in place.
