A very good hotel in all respects. I enjoy my stay here. Whenever I go to Kolkata I insist on staying in LemonTree Premier in New Town close to my office. I specifically like the rooms, gym, and cafeteria. Most of the cafeteria staff go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have to mention Mr. Prasenjit Das. He is a star!

I keep on travelling for work purpose and stayed n no of hotels from good to bad but this is so pathetic that I have to write this review during my stay only. I asked for a paper bag to which they denied however I still requested them to try it once and even if they dnt get it plz call and inform me once, and its being hours and i haven’t received the call. Also, I gave laundry but they ironed it nicely so that It looks like laundered but my socks are smelling same and my jacket and trousers have stain. What make them so confident that they can fool the customer over such pitty thing.

The stay was good and comfortable. The availability of late room service was very helpful especially when checking in very late in the night. The location is very near to the malls and parks in New Town, Kolkata. The distance from the airport is also not very far.

The staff here is very good especially at the restaurant. Mr Gopal is very good at his work and takes care of guest requests very well.,Buffet options could be better and the only drawback is corridors could be noisy in the morning as the doors and the walls arnt sound proof. Rooms are good and spacious too. Thank you for a good stay.

Had a good experience at lemon tree rooms were comfortable, food was nice staff was courteous and were looking after our needs. Special mention to following staff for their commendable work. Mr Gopal Prayenit Mayunkh Thenlay Lakit Looking forward to next visit soon.

Checkin was smooth. Ambiance is good. Room size is ok. Staff is friendly and up to the mark. Food is nice. Connectivity is good. Their staff is their strength. Breakfast has a good variety and quality of the food is good. I requested them for early check in and late check out it was done promptly and without hassle. Overall Upto the mark. Keep it up team !!! Special mention to :- Front desk = Riya, Saumak and Tisa !!! Security = Dharamveer, Rajiv and Mafizur Restaurant = Sundaram And Sandeep Others = Neha, Subojit and Mr. Jhilik (RM) And last but not the least the hardworking boy Mr. Sajan Saha ( The luggage boy ). Keep doing all the good work team !!!

The ambience is very good the staff over here are very sweet … especially mr gopal and mr prasenit very sweet and down to earth person….. the hospitality towards us was amazing………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
