Very nice stay.... The location of hotel was very nice , very close to us consulate.... The room was very nice .. The front staff upgraded my room to a suite room... Especially like to thank souvik and Shuvam,Tamal from front office they help me a lot in my stay.......

Hotel has Great staff, hygiene is well maintained and food was also good. The parking is nice and located nearby US consulate. Sanjiv and souvik were one of the best staff members very helpful and well mannered. I would love to stay again here when in kolkata.

Front office Staff are Vary polite, Mr Serajul & Mr Manik, both of Help To Check in,Check/Out , restaurant food is too Good,proper guide about the City and it's culture, Good comfortable Stay , Location was heart of park Street,Vary close to US visa construction just 5 min

The hotel is best and staff is very friendly. Staff member MR. Manek was very polite and resourceful. The food was also good. The best thing we experienced was that the ambience eas fantastic. From check in to the room all way the hotel ergonomic are mind pleasing

Overall good stay. Breakfast varieties may be increased. Hotel is clean and hygienic. Very polite staff like Aashish and Shubham. They make the stay very comfortable. Some issues with electrical sockets as they are too loose and need fixation.

Amazing hotel,clean and comfortable. staff is very helpful..... Really loved my stay . Especially like to thanks souvik from front office... Very close to US visa consulate just a 2 min walk ,so that was great... Breakfast spread is also excellent.....
