The stay was good. Room was good. But, hospitality could have been better. None of the other guests had any problem and neither did we create a huge noise in the room, just as much as friends would do was done. However, we were interrupted twice by the guard just because he was unable to sleep. Also, was not allowed to late check out just for 2 hours even when most of their rooms were empty and i checked in much late on the arrival date as my train was late by 12 hours. Still they did not allow even if they could.

A good budget hotel to stay at prime location of kolkata. Rooms are neat and tidy. Even though building is old ( may be 60-70 years old construction, maintained well. Only draw back is front desk. It is not in front but on the roof of top floor! looks like joke but it is fact. Desk is not professionally managed. Two people sitting there with a big registry over a teapoy! even though people are good, you feel suspicious about the authenticity of hotel there! there is a room service boy named samir roy - who is really good and very prompt in service and so lift operator who is also very humble and a good person. My overall experience is good.

I stayed 4 nights at sunflower guesthouse. Immaculately clean rooms and bathroom. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Pleasant stay with good experience. Stayed over with family. Location is very good and walking distance to park street. Condition of the room is average but okay for sleepover. Peaceful and no disturbance.

I was in Calcutta. India .for 7 months. I Stayed. at Sunflower hotel 7 Royd street. It is central . Off Park street. The rooms clean, Big dinning hall ,lift service 24/7 the service . Priced resemble. for the are and good service . I recommend. Michael England
