All staff are very much renowned. And cleaning is excellent. I highly recommend. When i was in kolkata i always prefer this hotel to stay.

Worst experience ever. First of the all the room wasn't ready at 12pm, the check in time. They provided the room at 1pm. Then the room was not as per described. The room was too small, with untidy washroom. Too small for a deluxe room with high price. There was no water supply. The staff were not cooperative at all, and they were reasoning out the problems. No providing a proper solution. They said that they provide these kind of room for booking, AC was of cheaper local brand which was not working properly. The surrounding premise was also dirty with garbage littered around.

The nest international hotel was a very good stay for us in kolkata. Located in the vicinity of the quest mall, this place is idea and very close to most places of tourist attraction in and around kolkata. Only thing we could ask for as an improvement is the lack of a lift/elevator. We stayed at the 3rd floor penthouse rooms which involved climbing 3 flights of stairs each time. Except that it was quite comfortable for staying. There was no food available in the hotel but they provide you plates and cutlery and food can be ordered locally or online. Overall a good place to stay whenever in kolkata.

Room is neat and clean and no have any issues. Only thing we faced being a non smoker is that while entering in room there was foul smell of smoke. Other than this everything was perfectly fine.

We booked an executive room and had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the staff were nice and polite. The location was convenient. However, there was an issue with the washroom as the water was draining slowly. Hopefully, the management will fix this issue. Overall, it was a nice stay.
