There is definitely something wrong with rating in this site for this hotel. I have travelled so many places. Even small-town hotels have much better facility/rooms than this. It seems nothing is working right for this hotel. I stayed for one night on 5th Dec on a official business visit. Pathetic check in experience. The attendant was shabbily dressed. The person was very rude as well and he was not able to manage incoming guests and there were a lot of noise, arguments and name calling in check in counters in front of 20 guests. The lobby was below average. The corridor wallpaper peeling off, smelly and not vacuum cleaned for ages. Rooms are small (for one-night Rs 4500/-), bathroom is even smaller. You can hardly move around. Water outlet was blocked, and water was not getting drained properly. Linen and towels were ok though. We were in 7th floor where we had to face mosquito bite throughout the night. The area around the hotel is full of trash/plastic/cigarette butts. Management obviously is not bothered about anything.Breakfast was ok but very limited option/spread was available. I asked for an omelette and it did not come even after three reminders, and I left the restaurant very irritated. Staff were more or less courteous. Overall, very very poor experience. Would not recommend even if it offered 2000/- a night.

Worst experience. Do not care attitude. I visited this for first time. And I would never visit again nor I recommend. First, they gave me room with cockroach, I informed no action. Later, gave me burnt phulkas and dal spilled over everywhere like a some roadside food. Charged me premium cost. Later, cleaning the room they don't care. Told twice they don't do Staff - All blames each other saying they know everything but can't do anything At last, I gave up and given detailed feedback to GM. He appreciated feedback and later disappeared when I wanted to escalate laundry case Laundry - They took my cloths didn't return for 3 days and at time of check out gave me my cloths..I didn't check. Later when I saw all my cloths were not washed and one shirt they ruined it by putting some stain marks. Tried reaching GM. No response. Front desk I can't do anything attitude Overall one the worst experience Sharing videos for your reference Stay away from this place Hit like so maximum people it reaches If I do not get solution in 24 hours on cloths this review I will post across platform. GM Saab expected much better from you. Disappointed.

The hotel property is very good and the rooms are very clean and comfortable for staying food items have a large variety and the tastesof food was very good and authentic the staff behaviour is very good specially receptionist tanu shree ,sawanatany,shreya are very nice and friendly

Ambient space and hotel were really helpful breakfast was really nice and they offer multi cuisine food . Live counter Egg and dosa is available there . Specialy thanks to Mr Manas and Ms Ankita. Thank you team. As soon as possible I am visit again .

First time I have visited Aristocrate Hotel in Kolkata. Sevice was amazing. Food was delicious, attitude and behaviour of all the hotel staff was nice. Specially thanks to Miss Ankita and Mr Soumen both were very helpful and caring. Next time I will visit again.

I have checked in August and I am new to Kolkata but still I had the really Best experience with a really Spacious rooms. had a lovely and Fulfilling breakfast and Excellent service... I have Loved my stay here and has an amazing experience. Thanks to the staff for all the efforts to make this stay much more comfortable...
