3. I really enjoyed the stay, hospitality, accommodation in tropicana beach resort. It's a wonderful experience. The room size, bed, food quality was great. The courtesy of the staffs was excellent.

Horrible experience . I had booked the hotel for flexible check in from 6 am onwards. But upon arrival even if they had room they denied and asked Rs 560 more for early check-in and said What dose we don't care. Give money or check in at 12 pm
Rooms are big, far from Esplanade bus stop. Nobody is going to come, people like me only visit there for flexible check and which they denied.
better not to book hotel for flexible check in. Just arrive in the place ask taxi to look hotels for you. In the return journey I did the same and stayed in Much better NS international hotel in same price as this hotel charges.

Hotel relax is one of the best hotels in this college street road, kolkata. All the staffs are good nature d and laborious. They treat the customers very well. Good food, according to their choice, are available. I like the food very much.

The ambiance of the room and complementary given is not sure to make happy then the room service entire 3 days not cleaned upto check out they're not taking any room service it's too bad
