ITC Sonar, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata

I was staying at the ITC hotel and ordered room service, I was attended by Manisha, she was amazing! Very kind and Professional, she was smiling all the time. The food was very tasty, the pistachio Lassi definitely my favorite. The food came fast as well, in about 30 minutes.

Beautiful property with an old world charm. The presence of a pond in the midst adds to the character of the hotel. The rooms are spacious ,well appointed and overlook the greens. The bathroom had a tub and was spotlessly clean . The beds were comfortable and the linen was crispy fresh!

Very near and clean .Good service round the clock.manas samant excellent house keeping service .Facilities are also good and more suitable for longet stays .Food also very tasty and all kind cusines are available .very near and clean atmosphere

I was staying in this hotel for the Tird time and very time I had an enchanting new experience to enjoy. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the staff are so courteous and loveable. They make us feel we are home. Especially to name Priya for resturant and Manas from House keeping attending to us and taking care of all our needs. An hotel stay which I always treasure and remain calm in Mystic surroundings.

The food varieties are very good,healthy and good in quality.The room service is available 24×7,gives me quite comfort.The dining area is clean and food is hygienic.The view from the room is good but I think it can be improved a little.The interior designs are quite good in structure.Overall the hotel is well-maintained.

We recently visited ITC sonar over the past weekend and had the most amazing time. It was our first visit to the property and we had a wonderful time. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out it was a beautiful experience. The chef Ranvijay personally looked after my 5 year old daughter who was having an upset tummy. He prepared for us Spinach Oats Chilla, eggless pancakes on my little one’s demand and a healthy regional speciality to take care of her upset tummy. Even sent us home with food for her when we were travelling back. There was a cyclone when we visited and the staff made sure we all were safe and sound. The sundowners at the lounge was a great way to let your hair down after the day. The serenity of the lotus pond and the atmosphere of the hotel doesn’t want you to leave.. A special mention to Rajeev at the concierge who helped us get a safe cab and even an umbrella on our checkout due to the cyclone. A wholesome experience!!

Chef Zubair served us well and so did Mr Debasis. I am thankful and would love to visit again. We had kebabs for starters and that was the standout. Would recommend having Dudhiya Kebab and Khmeri Roti. Also Kali dal and Gulab ka kheer. Highly recommend!

Itc sonar is an iconic hotel in this area kolkata hotel service are so excited house keeping stap also so good because of hotel is old but they are maintaining so goodly that's why this hotel standing like a new one also morning sun rising on lilipond looking from ITC one' room that was mind-blowing.

Itc is my most favourite dining space of my me time ,keep visiting frequently for ambience and also for delectable dishes and exact suggestions from Debashish da (dumpukt).wat a helpful and amazing human being he is,always greeting each and every guests with warmth and homely hospitality. Words are less to describe kindness of few people and Debashishda is one of them
