It is a small building with a small team that runs it like a hotel. We stayed for a night and as I reached first, hours before my husband, I was a bit worried to stay alone in a building at the far end of the road with only young men at the premises. More so, because they didn't have a means to lock the door from inside, so anyone with an extra key could enter my room anytime. While I understand the people are probably trained and professional, a lock from the inside can ensure better safety for women travelling and I hope they implement that soon.
The place was well maintained and the team of young men, as I mentioned, were courteous enough to take care of all our needs. They reached out to me in the morning & I sent our IDs on WA and filled up Google forms, which saved time during check-in. The room was decent enough. They had free wifi too, which can be helpful for travelling people on the job. The AC worked fine. The bathroom was small but good enough. Sometimes, it was a bit noisy outside but overall it was a steal, for that price range.
They have a kitchen and provide complementary breakfast. Food and tea was ok, I ordered a chilly baby corn which wasn't great but overall the prices are affordable for anyone who wishes to eat there. There is a mall nearby (Axis mall), where one can walk to and get anything needed, or have food and coffee at the outlets there.
I'd also like to point out that the water bottles provided in the room were quite old plastic bottles. I was happy that they were not one-time use plastic water bottles but maybe you can put cleaner bottles or just steel jugs because I was a bit wary to drink from them, though I did.
Overall, it was a good experience and they're doing a good job at that price range. I'm sure they'll improve on the small things and get better. So I do recommend the place :-)
