Very friendly staff and good location. Although 3 stars is a bit high. It is rather 2,5 stars. Breakfast was a good start of the day, continental and Indian. Room was small and old, ac noisy. But who cares; you don’t go to Kolkata to stay in your room. On the roof was a terrace where you can eat and drink. All in all great stay. Will definitely come back next time

Staying at this hotel was truly a wonderful experience. We were here for a visa interview and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, especially from Iesha and Farheen. They were extremely polite and patient in addressing all our queries, including our request for a late checkout. The hotel’s cleanliness is outstanding, and the amenities are truly five-star.

We went to tour Kolkata and the Samilton is located in a great spot to see the city. The staff at the hotel checked with us daily to see if we needed anything additional. The owner periodically checked on us and even brought us some Chai and snacks when we were in the lobby. Restaurant staff were great and made us food off the menu. Rooms and prices were reasonable. The staff takes pride in their jobs and the guest experience.

Isha and rimpi were very good at front desk. Food was good too. The entire team were very courteous and helpful. We reached at midnight but they were happy to provide dinner at that time. They could improve on cleanliness of common area. Room was good though

Lovely hospitality Farheen rimpi good . I stay here usually and every thing about the hotel is just awesome . Location ,rooms , food , house keeping etc . The best part is I find everyone so friendly that fits to a caption ( home away from home ) . Congratulations team keep up the good job .

Excellent stay hotel. Rooms and Service very good. Warm Reception counter. Ms. Farheen and Ashishji were very cordial and co-operative. Location of the hotel and room service is also good. I would highly recommend for travllers and leisure teavels.

The room was very homely and comfortable Pillows we're nice and fluffy food was excellent. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful . The Ladies at reception were most helpful and friendly always greeted you with a smile.would highly recommend.
