Peerless Inn is a dirty and unkept hotel that is not up to international standards. The pictures are from opening day perhaps and does not reflect the reality. With the saving grace of a particular receptionist everything else was a disaster. The dusty rooms from the “new” addition building was not an upgrade. Please reconsider to the JW Marriott or Royal Bengal

The location was bad and it didn't feel very clean. I would like to think about my next stay. It is also a negative point that you could not choose the a la carte menu even for dinner at the restaurant.

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The room was very neet and clean my room no was 1103.special thank for Housekeeping service. To mr manoj who take care my room every day. Nice to stay.

The stay was lovely...we spent our anniversary vacation really well..all the staff members spcly Maitree and Souvik are very humble and welcoming...anniversary cake which provided by you was excellent...our vacay was totally fulfilling..thank you

The stay was absolutely enjoyable. Courteous staff was the highlighting point. The room (801) was fantastic with a city view. Cleanliness was another highlighting point. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. Restaurant Aaheli can boast of its quality food. Oceanic was equivalent. Overall a fantastic stay.

Stay was decent. At this price point, everything was decent. Market is very nearby. Taxi connectivity is very good. Night food buffet is good with almost all the options. Our stay was Including breakfast and Dinner. Although little Far from airport but middle of the city.

The room is clean, neat, & tidy. It is worth the cost. Foods are good too....just walk-in and experience the ambience. Location is best for marketing. It is within the central market. Transport connectivity is not a problem. Staff are good and supportive.

Had a very great stay at the Peerless hotel kolkata which already a brand in this name. Kolkata means Peerless hotel is must for us. The ambience, food and staffs are very courteous. Sushma and Akash helped me a lot and had made my stay comfortable.
