The people in the reception were worst. They allocated rooms to us at 9 p.m. when the actual check-in time as per the booking was at 12 p.m. They did not provide any reason for the delay too. After complaining to the online travel agent that I used for booking only, they allotted us the rooms. Also, they were insisting us to present a printout of the reservation voucher when the whole world is moving towards softcopies. The receptionist was clueless in locating my reservation although I showed him the voucher containing all the details in the softcopy. The hotel is located in a narrow by-lane. Locating the hotel is very difficult. Bathroom was very shabby with no proper outlet (s) for water. They did not even provide me with a comb when I asked. Leave about providing a comb; they did not even respond whether or not they would provide a comb. Reception staff were showing their attitude. The only good point about this hotel was the affordable food cost.
