Room was not proper cleen. Balcony door lock and bathroom door lock was broke. Tv was not working. Ac remote was not available.

Very bad experience. Dirty rooms, bathrooms, flash isn't working at all. Ac wasn't working properly no remote was available for the ac alternatively no celling fan. Bed sheet not cleaned. No room phone was available to connect with the reception. Lift wasn't working. Everytime use stairs to go to reception area for any help or queries. All over it's a pathetic experience.

Very bad experience. Ac and lift is not working room was full of bad odour, due to this i left my room with in 1 hour, i want my refund otherwise i will go to consumer court do it as soon as possible

Location of the hotel is very good and 3 major hospitals were just nearby. Room conditions were not good.
