Total is old from 80s and need to change, first they change us to their property. They even didn't bring luggage to room l, i have to get myself. Room is okay but damp, bathroom is small and stinky. Bed, linen, blanket and pillow cover need to change. It location is okay for transit. May be mm t doesn't review hotels physical. Reputation will at stake in future.

No room service and it was a terrible stay. The only security guard is the contact person who gives service, that too be called on his mobile. Not a good experience

Lack of manpower. Worst room service. Centralized geyser was not working. Very bad experience. Not recommended for anyone. Make my trip should not tie up with these category hotels. Initially which room they allotted, again they changed in side by building. Quite dissatisfied with this booking. If such things happen then we have to avoid make my trip. To hold make my trip's reputation steps should be taken immediately. Totally mismanagement
