I had a lovely stay here. Amazing views with a fantastic garden and very peaceful which is just what I needed. The owner Babis is a lovely and friendly man who even invited me to have a drink with him on a couple of evenings which I thought was really nice of him. Hope to stay here again some day.

A gem of a place to stay! Whilst being very quiet and private, it is within walking distance of a small supermarket, bus stop, beautiful beaches, some with water sports including SCUBA diving. The accommodation is very clean and well kept, with wonderful views over the sea, olive grove, woods and huge garden. There is invariably someone on site, so arriving and departing is easy, and, should advice be needed there is someone to help. Eg. Babis (the owner) arranged horse riding, and Airport transfers for us ...... especially welcome help as we didn't speak Greek. I have returned to Villa Kavourakia several times, with family and with friends, both as a holiday on Skiathos, and as a convenient place to make an overnight stop when visiting Skopelos and Alonissos.

Sensational views, clean and comfortable rooms and a host that greets you with a beer and answers all your questions. We spent every afternoon lounging on the deck and enjoying the fresh air, sunshine and listening to the melodious sounds of the sheep bells down amongst the olive trees. Convenience store, buses, restaurants and a fabulous beach all within an easy walk. Absolutely wonderful!

Babis was so lovely the place was very clean and always had fresh sheets and towels,the views were stunning everything we could of asked for! Will definitely come back to this beautiful place,with the friendliest cats and dogs!

Magnificent structure, immersed in a well-kept garden, with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea. Very simple but well-furnished and very clean apartment. Very kind and helpful owner. Another positive note: the delightful dog Ramonna and the kittens who kept us company.

Fantastic view from the balcony, large spaces, impeccable daily cleaning. Nothing was missing: hairdryer, basin for clothes, clothes horse and we were even given a beach umbrella to borrow. Babis is adorable, very helpful. He offers to take you to and from the airport, offers coffee (Italian or Greek) and fresh water upon arrival, even honey produced by him. In the evening when we returned he always found a way to entertain our baby and had beautiful words for us when we said goodbye, he gave a big hug to the little one so much that we were all moved, at the end. He did not stop asking about Babi for all the days that followed. We carry him in our hearts. The villa has a magnificent garden, a convenient parking lot and the main beaches (the calm ones even when it is windy) are all quite close. The closest one Kolios was our favorite because it is ideal for children. The closest bus stop is no. 13, within walking distance. Absolutely family friendly place

We stayed 10 days in August. Delightful and very pleasant place. Quiet and in a good location. The perfect accommodation.. 2 bedroom sea view apartment. Daily cleaning and linen change every 2 days. Everything was perfect. The host Babel was very kind and available for any need. I recommend it to everyone Simy
