The hotel is located at a convenient location in the city. Valet parking service is available for free of cost. There are two levels of underground parking.
The rooms were well maintained. The hotel staff was very much cooperative and available on call for any kind of service.
Breakfast buffet menu included 3 to 4 varieties of food items. The taste and quality was good. The overall experience was good.

Room size is too small if you keep bags in the room there is no space to walk as well. I had booked ac deluxe room but still size is too much small

the hotel is very accessible and near to key landmarks. Rooms were clean and staff was supportive. the only point is that Rooms seems to be smaller in size. Rest were all good.

It was just a night stay . Halt to travel ahead Kokan so ok experience . Could be better. No food facilities so have to go out late night for dinner

it was a good experience to stay at Metro Hotel, staff was too much friendly and supportive. Also the breakfast was just wow for traditional Maharashtrian food tasted cuisines like ; Misal Pav, Poha & Sirra. Tea was also tasty at the end I can prefer this hotel for upcoming stay for me as well as for my known ones

Staff is very polite and very Hygiene excellent stay and Hotel to Maha Lakshmi amma vari temple 5 minutes 3 minutes Kolhapur railway station hotel in side no kitchen but near by non veg & veg hotels available

Maybe that's why we didn't book , we didn't get wifi, the rooms were clean and we only got 1 towel, breakfast wasn't special either
