Pleasant gardens, great looking pool (too cool for us to try it unfortunately), friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was awkward to use, with the towel shelf and amenities shelf in the shower both too high to use comfortably. Installed by an extremely tall person, I think. Breakfast was good, although there weren't enough serving utensils for the various dishes and plates of food laid out. We stayed as part of a tour so unsure if the price is reasonable or not. If I were to visit Kokand again independently, I would stay here. The restaurant has an Amazon jungle theme, which seems unusual in the middle of Asia.

Stayed in Kokand for a short sightseeing trip. The hotel is great and the location perfect for exploring the city and sights. Good rooms and service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved relaxing by the poolside or gardens in the afternoon.

Very dirty old stained carpet in the room everything was dated and not clean. We tried to change the room were told that there are no rooms available. Restaurant staff was very courteous. I would not recommend this hotel. Dinner was good. Overall not a good experience.

A wonderfully comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Our room was beautiful as we were upgraded to a suite for the price of a standard double room. The restaurant was also very good with well cooked dishes at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

During the check in the staff said they need to see my registration form, which they have not right to see claiming that it is their policy. When I told them there is no reason for that one of the people, who came over started to explain this to my friend in Russian. I found it very rude and unprofessional. During the check out they tried to charge us more for dried fruits we had and also put on the receipt that we had a deluxe room when we only had a standard one. Their conversion rate was also not ideal, but since the overcharge was less than two dollars a let it slide. The rooms are not soundproofed, which means that one can hear all their neighbours. Wifi is poor, but this is the case of many hotels in Uzbekistan. On the other hand, I liked the amenities in the room. Also the staff was willing to give us breakfast after the breakfast time, which was very nice of them. However, this still did not elevate their behaviour during check in and check out.
