I made a reservation in time because I changed my travel itinerary quickly. I chose the water mouth as an intermediate point between Hudong Sanshan and Hunan Sanshan. I didn't expect much. 10㎡Single is small in the middle of my stay so far. Also dinner 1000 yen. Whatever, I was looking forward to it. However, the room was well placed, there was no narrowness, and the lighting was bright. On the upper floor, the view was good. However, the restaurant was small compared to the size of the hotel and lined up a lot. I also thought that there were few staff. The public bath is ok. The guests were rich in variety with businessmen, tourists, foreigners. Overall, it was more than expected.

The next morning was early, so I used it for a night stay. It is very easy to spend with amenities. If you can charge it here at a cheap price, it's enough. I will use it again.

The cost performance is extremely high in terms of room size, bath, cleanliness, etc. However, since it was originally supposed to be a love hotel, it was a bit embarrassing to enter and leave.

The environment is very good, the hotel is big

The Prince Hotel was the most satisfying hotel in our trip to Kyoto. The hotel is located beside Lake Bipa with first-class scenery and comfortable environment. In particular, the hotel's dedicated bus pick-up service and the luggage delivery service at the Kyoto Station counter bring great convenience to guests, allowing us to arrange our itinerary as we wish. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. When you enjoy breakfast in the restaurant on the 37th and 38th floors, you can enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Biwa through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows! The only dissatisfaction is that check-in is required at 5 pm. If we arrive after 3 o'clock, if we want to check in in time, we will have to pay an additional 2,000 yen; it seems too inhumane.

American nostalgic design, close to Kusatsu Station, I have plenty of parking spaces for self-driving tours, parking 500 Yen per day, room equipment bathroom shower toilet is very good. The pants have breakfast, very rich and the quality is very good. Maybe the hotel is a relatively old-fashioned, some supplies are also old. But the overall feeling is comfortable.

I stayed for 3 nights, but the new corona countermeasure was also firm and I was able to rest assured. Convenience stores (30 seconds walk) are very close from the station (one minute walk). Came here with family during the Sakura season. It's easy to get to the onset hotel. After arriving at the Ogoto Onsen JR station, towards the south exit you will find a cell phone attached to a board with explanation how to use the phone to call one of the onsen hotels. Our family scored a deal with their penthouse suite with private indoor and outdoor onsen. Four of us stayed in the suite and the price is only slightly more than four of us staying in 2 regular rooms. It also came with a beautiful fruit platter for you to enjoy. The suite is very spacious with 2 separate toilets. The bath area has 2 sinks, a shower stall as well as a japanese style bathing area connected to the 2 onsen baths (indoor one is a hinoki wood tub and the outdoor one is a stone one. The outdoor onsen does have a slight privacy issue as there are some residential buildings in a distance. While my mom was a bit too modest to use the outdoor one (which I am not and fully enjoyed it), she did take full advantage of the indoor private onsen. Of course the hotel also has a public onsen for the guests. In fact they have two. One in each towers. I used the one on the top floor in the morning and it was a bless seeing the sunrise while soaking in the hot onsen water. Our package also included both dinner and breakfast that were served at their private dining room. Both meals were done in kaiseki style. We were particularly impressed by their dinner. Not only was it cooked with high quality ingredients and with beautiful presentation, they did not skimp on the quantity as well. Often after eating dinner at other onsen hotel, I would not feel full and actually felt a bit hungry later at night, at Yumotokan the courses kept coming and I was completely stuffed at the end. In fact I did not finish the rice even though it was so yummy (cooked from scratch in front of us with a flamed mini-stove). All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I can recommend anyone who comes to Kyoto/Osaka and wants an excursion and experiences the traditional Japanese onsen.
