The Place Luxury Boutique Villas

What a great place! Guy and Ksenia were welcoming and friendly. The villa is beautiful with an amazing jungle bathroom. Lovely views across the jungle to the sea. Close to Sairee town. The hosts were super helpful booking us snorkel trips, taxis, moped hire and our return ferry travel. The attention to detail in the villa is great - they have everything you need no more no less. Well equipped kitchen, well stocked and reasonably priced mini bar. Ksenia had lots of helpful recommendations for activities and places to eat. Lots of villa delivery options too if you just want to stay in and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The resort is eco friendly and lots of wildlife to watch. All in all after staying in about 8 other places on our trip to Thailand we think this place is the best.

A brilliant stay! Guy and Ksenia were very helpful throughout and made perfect hosts. The Villas are simply incredible, you feel immersed in the jungle whilst being a 15 min walk to the beach. The pool was lovely, lots of wildlife, eco-friendly, I couldn’t fault it. Would definitely return!

WOW! WOW! WOW! Those were the only words out of my mouth when we arrived at our villa. Seriously, no photos can really capture the beauty of this place. We have stayed in many luxury hotels, and I would pick these villas again any day. It's not often that I am in awe of my surroundings, but this place did it for me. I normally choose oceanfront properties, but I really loved that the villas were up in the hills. The view with the lush greenery and flowers all around was just stunning! The villas felt very private, like we had the island to ourselves, but also close enough that when we passed through the gates, we were right in the heart of town. Guy was an outstanding host. He has really perfected hospitality and thought of everything you could want. My biggest recommendation is to rent a scooter! I wouldn’t have wanted to walk up that hill everyday in the heat. It may seem intimidating to drive a scooter on that island but it is very easy and driving around the island ended up being our favourite this to do. Besides relaxing in our private pool of course.

The resort is on the edge of town set high up in the tree line. Walking distance to town downhill but you will need transport back up! It's a superb place to stay and once inside your own villa you really don't notice anyone else or any other villa. The view is spectacular, the villas are clean and tidy and the host is very responsive and helpful. It really is a wonderful place to stay away from the huslte and bustle of the village but within easy reach.

If you’re looking for spectacular views and quiet luxury with a private pool in your villa, you found it. The Place is close to town but far enough away to avoid all the noise, and hustle and bustle of the main road. If you don’t feel like driving, the selection of delivery restaurants The Place provides was perfect. Guy and the staff were amazing hosts and treated us like family. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon!

Really amazing experience staying here. The view, the room, the staff were all just simply amazing. Really recommend staying here when in Koh Tao! Guy the owner is very kind and helpful, cannot do enough for you.
