Two 22 year olds staying here for one night before an early ferry in the twin bungalow. Great reset from travelling, comfy beds, clean bathroom, quiet with a great pool.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel in our room which had private pool access. Breakfast was good as you had a choice of 2 dishes from a menu of both European and Thai food.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. The food at the restaurant was also nice. Only downside is the beach there is not so clean, but would definitely come back.

the hotel is located near the pier. Large room, comfortable bed, normal breakfast, there is a nice pool that needs to be cleaned more often. When we arrived it was green, we didn’t go swimming.

The room was super nice! Quiet, clean, few people. The breakfast room is right on the seaside. You can order one or two items for breakfast every day, including a buffet of drinks, coffee, tea, bread and fruits. The environment is particularly good.

Convenient, close to the port, clean, good service

Excellent location, everything is nearby, including the pier - the point of arrival and departure, no need for a taxi. Lots of shops and 7/11 two hundred meters away. But not the center of the party, which is also good. Russian speaking dive center. I recommend.

We are a family of 1 adult & 3 children (school going) & stayed 5 nights in a family room at the Blue Diamond. My son finally learnt how to swim at the Blue Diamond's pool, so it will always be a special place for us from now on. The resort is situated towards the right end of the pier. Its surroundings is pleasant & peaceful, with cheerful & helpful staff. The Thai food served at the restaurant which is on the beach are delicious, although portions are small. Rooms are cleaned everyday, pool towels are provided by request, beds are comfortable with extra pillows, other amenities such as electric water jug, hairdryer & tea/coffee/ water are also avallable in the room. Rooms are spacious with a cute elevated sitting area. We felt comfortable & slept & ate well during our stay. While the Blue Diamond is a bit dated, it is a really nice place to stay at, & the best part is one can just snorkel & discover some interesting & pretty fishes & corals nearby. There's no need to travel further; paradise/home is right at the Blue Diamond.

Stayed 2 nights , room with sea view , huge terrace , room ok but a little small, tv all thai channels no sport or movies, need smart tv , great location right on beach and close to the pier, the only thing wrong with room was sliding door and back door had gaps when closed so mosquito can enter, reception closes around 8 or 9 pm so then no-one around, no security either but overall i enjoyed my stay, would stay again.

Not very warm welcome on check in - hardly spoke just waved her hand at list of rules on counter. Our room was above the reception overlooking the pier with lovely views of the sea. Room ok bit dated but not a problem for us. Good air con and Wi-Fi. What let it down was the large gaps in patio doors and holes in door at back of room that led out to the aircon unit- so mossies were getting in for this reason we left a day earlier than we had paid for. Also only paper cups in room for tea and coffee making facilities. It advertises free breakfast but when we got charged for breakfast and queried this they said it only applies during high season which is very deceptive and should be made plain when advertising free breakfast.

My wife and I stayed for 11 nights. We really enjoyed The Blue Diamond Resort. First of all the view at breakfast was stunning. You look at the beautiful beach, the sea and all the boats. The breakfast really set us up for the day. Our room had air conditioning, a small fridge, a safe, kettle for tea and coffee, and a balcony over looking the pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful. There are deck chairs on the beach and even a couple of kayaks to use. It is very good value. I'm sure we will stay here again.

All the staff here were lovely, very friendly and efficient. The location is great, right on the beach with good snorkelling and close to town but not too close so very peaceful. Breakfast was good and we also ate our lunch there looking out at the sea which was perfect. Very reasonably priced food and drink. We had a pool access room which was generous in size and it was lovely to be able to walk out the door and dip straight into the pool which was a very good size. We would definitely return here is on Koh Tao.
