It is a fantastic quiet place. There is a nice central swimming pool and the beach is right next to the complex. Perfect to watch the sunsets. And rooms have AC!

The location is very good. It is very close to the pier in the city. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good. It is quiet in the middle of the noise. I would like to come back to the hotel again. There will be a shuttle service to the pier for check-in and check-out

The best Koh Tao hotel with proper beach access in my price range. Spacious room and bathroom, coffee/tea tray, fridge. Outside terrace has chairs and table. Sun loungers, pool and an actual beach to relax on. Within walking distance to the pier and sairee beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, organising snorkel trips, laundry and suggesting places to eat. I was even given weather forecasts as I visited during monsoon

This place was everything I was hoping for, I loved the property and accommodation. There is some upgrading needing to be done, but it appears that they are working on it. One suggestion is to have a chair or someplace to sit in the bungalows. And pool by the ocean was very dirty. But the staff was wonderful, and loved the managment Dave who bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant.

When we first arrived we were given the room which we booked upstairs overlooking the pool, this was a room that would have had a lower review as it was very simple basic and tired. After saying that it had what you needed really hot water, good air con fridge kettle and comfy bed. We decided to upgrade and stay on the beach bungalows, which was like chalk and cheese The room was brilliant, waking up to the sound of the waves , sunbed 2second walk from terrace, hot water the hottest we had in Thailand The resort is centrally located on quiet end of beach , lot of boats , 5 mins to left got pier and lots of traditional food, coffee, atm nice cheap bars overlooking sea and boats coming and going, ten mins over the small hill and you are in Sariee beach with all there more western vibe cafes and bars. For us it’s perfectly located Staff helpful asked for extra pillows, scooter nothing too much trouble. No inside restaurant or cafe but that no issue with all choices Regal next door has cheap drinks and coconuts if want to chill on beach , we didn’t eat there Pier transfers were great and coincided with the ferry times We extended our stay ending up being there a week If you want more fancy resorts with pristine beaches stay elsewhere But this is perfect for our needs A hidden gem in Koh Tao Which by the way is very busy right now

Very nice small resort within 600 metres of the Koh Tao main ferry pier. Even at high tide you can simply walk along the beach back to the pier and find youself among the shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff at the resort and a good sized pool. Had a beach front bungalow with a great view of sand, sea and sky.
