1. Had 2 separate bookings and requested them to make it a back-to-back reservation so I have the same room throughout my stay. Had informed them prior to arrival (assured me it’s done), had to request and remind again upon check in (apparently wasn’t done). Came by the front desk to check on it a day before my 2nd booking (it wasn’t done yet again!). The next day, my key wasn’t working as it wasn’t programmed for my entire stay. They gave me a bogus reason that I need to check in again when I was assured everything was resolved on 3 occasions! 2. Requested for late check out and was told to check again on the eve of my departure. Checked on the eve of my departure, to only be rejected for late check out. Was repeatedly told to keep my luggage at 12pm when I was trying to reason with them. We know we can leave our luggage like any other hotel but didn’t want to. Hence, the late check out. The staff should be able to see the occupancy forecasts and manage my expectations upon check in and not disappoint me on a later day. 3. Shared my negative experience and after some empathetic requests (I didn’t want any monetary service recovery), was given an extra hour for late check out. They said that’s the best they can do. 4. Make sure to lock all your valuables in the safe. Housekeeping left my door ajar after make up room. I only found out when I returned at night! 5. Nice beach bar but basic cocktails. The minimum spent for a sofa/bed is ridiculously high. So visit other beach bars with better service and cocktails. 6. To all that’s reading this, don’t expect any empathy and assistance from this hotel. Don’t make any request! They can’t resolve them! I gave them 2 stars for the below. Positives: 1. Location is okay, quiet area with some stores and restaurants 2. Staff was friendly and pool is warm to dip 3. Breakfast acceptable.

It can be said to be very pleasant to stay here, the price is not expensive, but the environment is really great, Living in a place less than twenty meters from the sea, it is not too convenient to go to the sea to swim. A few meters out of the room is the breakfast restaurant. Although the breakfast is not rich, the food is good. The entire hotel is full of trees and vegetation. It is very comfortable to walk on the road. awesome! The main entrance of the hotel is Chaweng Street, all kinds of restaurants, 711, the whole family, drug stores, spas, car rental shops, travel agencies are everywhere, opposite the hotel is the largest shopping mall in Koh Samui, you can find everything you need inside. There are night markets on both sides of the mall in the evening, various snacks, drinks and drinks, as well as singers and hot dance performances. Some singers have great singing and singing skills, good sound level, and a group of boys who are particularly passionate about dancing. Behind the hotel is the beach. There are various beach restaurants and bars at 500 meters on the left and right. It is very lively at night and there are many shows, especially the fireworks show is very exciting. You can lay over two hundred baht for a few bottles of beer or drink Seeing it in the middle of the night on a deck chair, watching the show drinking the sea breeze and drinking beer, there is nothing more comfortable than this. It is easy to think of sea snorkeling or other day trips. Many travel agencies on the street provide reservations, including hotels. Of course, you can also book through Ctrip Flying Pig. The above are the advantages. Now let ’s talk about the disadvantages. The first is that the bath water in the room is suddenly cold and hot, which is a bit inconvenient every time you take a bath. Two or three hundred garden villas are good. There is no small bed or bathtub in the garden villa room. I always feel a little dissatisfied, and the waiter cleans the room. If not, she is reluctant to change to a new soap, only changed it every six days. Overall, the flaws are not concealed, and I am very satisfied with the hotel I stayed in this time. I plan to stay here again next time.

Honestly my stay wasn't up to the mark at all considering what others have reviewed on trip advisor, they didn't have bell boys to take luggage, and the way to your room is a rocky surface make sure u don't have heavy luggage if ur planning to book here cause they expect us to carry all the luggage you have to your room, the whole resort felt understaffed as they only do cleaning ever 2 days which was weird , the restaurant is only good for Italian food and is a bad option for vegetarians. Now to the rooms, we booked the most premium room they had and i shall upload some images which might help you understand what it looks like. There won't be hot water if ur planning to have a hot comforting shower and also the shower is 6ft soo If your plus 6 ft you won't be able to have a peaceful shower also as u will have to bend to bathe with cold water. The rooms in general are dark and timid if you choose to have some privacy, as they have 2 huge clear glass door / window up front which accounts for 90% of the rooms light but people walking pass can easily see and look at your which was another weird thing to have if your planning to have a peaceful stay here, the wash basin is also placed outside in your room and not in the washroom for some reason💀 the keys they give you to your room are also the most weird way to entering a room in 2022 as it's a key which goes 4 ways in but only opens one way it's frustrating way to enter your room. The only reason to choose this hotel is to be near central Samui and a beach front, the pool is also ideal for kids only as one stroke and i was at the end of the pool 😂. I hope this helps certain travellers.

I booked a swimming pool room. The swimming pool is very small, basically the same size as a bath. The hotel's swimming pool is not very big, but you can also swim a little. The decoration style of the room is more rustic, which foreigners prefer. I am not used to it. I am not alone. It is a building. When I looked up, I could see the neighbors upstairs on the balcony. They greeted us warmly. You could hear the foreigners upstairs at night. It is not recommended to order breakfast. There are very few things. After one day, I tried the next few. Breakfast in the morning was wasted. The bed was very comfortable, not very high and soft. I slept well. The service was also good. There was a welcome gift (1 small bottle of mosquito repellent and 2 delicious glutinous rice dumplings), every day There are also 2 delicious candies to try. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just on Changweng Street. It is very convenient to walk around and find food, entertainment, massage, rent a scooter, and is a short walk from the Central Shopping Mall and Bar Street. Not far either

By far the best hotel at Koh Samui. It’s the 4th time we stay here. We had to skip twice because of Covid, but they used their time well: the whole resort got a makeover, and it’s even more beautifull then is already was. But the hospitality didn’t change, it’s still very good. Main reason is the lovely host Tan, she is the best and makes our stay even better that possible. We’ve recommended this resort to our friends and they will visit Baan Samui Resort next July aswell. I’m sure they will enjoy it as much as we do, also due to the lovely miss Tan.

Our stay wasn’t bad here, however you can get much better for the same or less that what we paid for this room. We had a view of a room, however we expected a lake view with it being called that. Not end of the world didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyways. AC - this was great when it was on. But you couldn’t leave it on when you left the room, which means the room is so hot when you return. No blind in the bathroom so it’s boiling in there even with the AC as the sun comes straight through. The room was very big, but filled with nothing. Lots of empty space. From 18:00 roughly, there didn’t seem to be anyone on reception. If you needed anything you had to call a number. They were instantly there - so not sure where they go but it’s close. The doors when closed bang so loud, which can be an issue on a night. The walls are not very sound proof. Lifts were out of order the whole stay. No HotTub like it said on our booking. But not sure if there is one somewhere in the hotel - that you have access too. We hired scooters from here 300B a day and someone drops it off for you, if you want to extend you can do this at reception. The location is perfect. Couldn’t fault it. Wifi is also great! And their laundry service is great too. The staff were amazing, couldn’t do an enough for you. Not a bad stay, not the best. We considered moving so we had a balcony - somewhere to sit on an evening. My rating 6/10 - Unlikely I would stay again, mainly based on things I’d want in a hotel next time.
Long Beach Lodge, Chaweng Beach, Koh Samui

Chaweng Beach
We spent our family holiday in Long Beach Lodge in a bungalow directly on the beach. The bungalow was equipped with everything as described and was cleaned daily. We think breakfast was a great idea because you don't have to run to the buffet constantly. And just the location of the accommodation is worth a stay with this direct beach access. We have a very special place to emphasize, but the friendliness of the staff! Our holiday took place precisely over the days when the governments worldwide adopted a large stop for travel due to the Corona virus. When we finally stood before our flight, it was just a few hours before the flight that we needed a medical certificate. In this hurry, the incredibly helpful lady of the reception brought us to the nearest hospital, waiting for us and driving us back to the hotel. She was spontaneously so helpful and helped us in this situation immediately. Therefore, I can only recommend this accommodation and would like to come back at any time!

I have never experienced such heart welcoming hostesses like tik and rut that work at the reception, they helped us with everything we needed and BEYOND, gave us also free complimentary Thai boxing game tickets , booked our tickets for the next trip & checked us in. They gave us the earliest check in time at 10 which most hotels don’t do, they are really the best and I wish for them to give everyone else the same hospitality, we will never forget how amazing and welcoming they were during our whole stay. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing & the pools are very spacious and not dirty at all , there’s a dj that played really nice ambient house lounge music and also the lounges by the pool which is very well maintained , they are very fast with providing any information & request that you need , the waiters by the pool are very vigilant and quick to see that you may need them & they are very quick with their service. It’s in the center and heart of Chaweng but you won’t hear any loud music coming from the main walking street.
