朝の9時過ぎには着いてしまいましたが、すぐにお部屋に通してくださいました。
またスパの予約を誤って、自動返信メールに返信してしまいメールが届いていなかったのですが、事情を話すと割引を適用してくださいました。
サービスがとても良かったです。
プールやお庭がとで素敵でした。
お部屋はコネクティングルームだったため、隣の部屋の音が気になりました。

Прекрасный отель, с ОЧЕНЬ хорошим сервисом. Все службы молодцы: служба приема и размещения: это первый отель, где у меня спросили и, немаловажно, отметили есть ли у меня аллергия. Девочки все улыбчивые. Пляж и бассейн: тоже молодцы, со всем помогают, вкусные коктейли. Завтраки: ОЧЕНЬ разнообразные! Есть просто все!!! Даже если вы придете в 10.25 все, что было на шведской линии, все будет присутствовать. Но не улыбчивые сотрудники… спа: рекомендую девушку Paula, очень сильные и в тоже время нежные руки. Номера: вот тут ложка дегтя: все вроде хорошо, и кофемашина, и средства от комаров, и лаванда для подушки, и чего только нет!!! Но! Слышимость просто ужасная, запах канализации в туалете и очень шумный кондиционер! Без беруш никак.
Приятный контингент людей в отеле.

這是本次第二程的酒店，第一程是安納塔拉普吉的邁考別墅。
先説下環境，確實是安納塔拉的風格，聽説蘇梅這個也被拍在白蓮花度假村的取景，去了之後確實，環境整體不錯，海比普吉好很多，第二天早上我們還去玩了槳板，很有趣。
早餐就是正常豪華酒店水準，新鮮，但沒什麼心意。
接下來説服務，我們選擇安納塔拉的一個原因是他有自帶的網球場，方便我們打球，行程第二天我們預約後一天的網球場，約的時候是上午10～12得到前台明確的回覆already booked，第二天我們如約入場打球，到11點的時候gym部門的工作人員就來問我們我們預約的時間，我們説是上午10～12，他告訴我們11～12被我們隔壁住客訂了，當時我們覺得可能有個先來後到，就想着ok先撤退到前台去問。前台的應該是manager樣子的工作人員聽了我們的敍述後回覆酒店每天衹能book1小時，可我們前一天兩小時訂場明明也是被前台回覆available的情況下預訂好的，在這種情況下我們第二個小時被人為cancel並被臨時告知酒店的規定，這點我很費解，雖然酒店前台還是幫我們預訂了下午另一個時間段的一小時作為補償，但説實話很影響心情。
還有一個小插曲，我們走的時候丟了一條lululemon的legging在陽台，因為不會説泰語也沒有泰國的地址，就找了泰國朋友打電話去酒店詢問，酒店回覆説需要check後feedback ，然後就一直沒有feedback，估計是丟了，雖然這也是我們粗心導致的，anyway，我覺得在一個酒店憑空消失的可能性並不是很大。

一家悠久的5星酒店，很泰式，酒店大堂和房間都很有泰式特色，雖然酒店已經有20年的時間了，但設施保養的還不錯，酒店前台還給我Upgrades房間。服務都是禮貌微笑，很熱情！酒店還有Spa非常有名，下次去蘇梅島還會入住此酒店！
