location is great with lots of restaurants and shops;
however, the music on the beachfront pool is a bit loud and operated too long every day

Amazing place to stay! The rooms are modern and clean and on the upper floors you even have a balcony. Location is in Chaweng, which is a popular destination for party-goers and lots bars and restaurants. Most of it within walking distance. Service is great! Thanks Noor, for looking for my bike keys. I’m glad we managed to find them! Overall the place is clean and modern and I would love to return on my next visit!

It took us over 4 hours to find a room after all the rooms smelled of dampness and dryness coming out of the air conditioner and only after we got the last room which was the suite in the only room without a smell. I also heard another lady say at the reception that there is an unpleasant smell in the room, this is something that must be taken care of, apart from that, an absolutely enjoyable holiday experience

I have never seen wonderful service in any hotel in the world, especially from the reception staff and the lady who runs the reception there. They go out of their way to please you. I recommend taking the rooms on the ground floor with access to the pool - an experience. The view from the hotel pool towards the sea is breathtaking, I am attaching a picture for illustration.
