Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui

The kids had an absolute blast! The Kids Club offered a wide variety of activities every day. My children are definitely having a hard time readjusting after the holidays, haha. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! Highly recommend for families with kids! Five-star rating! 👍

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and incredibly quiet. We were lucky to have sunny weather during our stay, and the Four Seasons and the ocean looked stunning under the sun. The service was impeccable. 1. Upon check-in, we received a small booklet outlining the week's activities. We could scan a QR code in the booklet to add the hotel's WeChat service account, allowing us to communicate with the hotel in Chinese for requesting a car, booking activities, and more. 2. Every Four Seasons employee we encountered greeted us warmly and genuinely. 3. Every evening, we received a small 'goodnight' snack, and during evening turndown service, they thoughtfully arranged our slippers for us. 4. Whenever we were by the pool bar or on the beach, complimentary iced water was immediately brought to us, and we were frequently asked if we'd like to try free snacks or ice cream. 5. The breakfast was, of course, very rich and available until 11 am. Even after it officially ended, they still asked if we wanted coffee or Thai milk tea. 6. On our check-out day, our flight was at 7 pm. They first asked if we needed a complimentary shower room and then, after check-out, kindly extended our check-out time to 5 pm free of charge. If I had to pick one minor drawback, it would be that the spa wasn't particularly impressive. There were more craft activities and fewer sports activities. Learning Muay Thai, for instance, required an additional fee.

This is the best hotel I have ever booked. And it's not just about the quality of the villas, the views, the breakfasts, the pool, or the beach. The main thing is the consistent, high-quality, personal service. Four Seasons Koh Samui is a hotel where they know you, understand you, and anticipate your needs. And yes, that's why it's so expensive.

The service was excellent, super nice. The shuttle bus takes you everywhere, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel also offers a wide variety of activities, so you don't even need to leave the premises. It was very relaxing.

As a loyal Four Seasons guest, perhaps my expectations were too high. The service definitely met the consistent Four Seasons standard, and attention to detail was there. However, compared to some other Four Seasons properties, this one didn't really leave a lasting impression or have that 'wow' factor. Still, overall it was great, the only downside being the excessive mosquitoes; my child had over a dozen bites on their arms and legs. I also really appreciated the staff singing happy birthday and providing a small cake during my child's beach birthday dinner.

Beautiful environment, attentive service, will definitely visit again.
