Just amazing , villas are well manteined , quiet , clean and very closed to lamai beach and center , we spent 15 amazing days , i will return as soon as possible , Pui at the reception has been very nice and gentle for all our stay. Keep it like that guys . Kop Kun krap Daniele & Daniele from Italy .

We stayed for a month unfortunately a big disappointment Inside poorly maintained without care and very dirty weekly cleaning non-existent sink see photo. Very dirty exterior swimming pool, it is always a problem to get it cleaned due to the earthworms that fall inside, see photos. Dust for weeks on the fridge and on the cooker hood. Garden never cleaned overall from one to ten 2 and maybe that's too much. The photos will give the idea. I recommend don't be fooled by the pictures on the internet.

We were 6 in this villa (3 adults and 3 children) The swimming pool is indeed clean and the landscape very beautiful. The well maintained garden. We were disappointed when we had cockroaches in the bathroom. We bought some product but nothing worked. We will put that on the fact that we are in a house and not a hotel. Cleaning is done every 5 days. Which is really too long!!!! No change of towel or sheets before the 5 days. The ground fills with sand. And no product is made available to us to clean the bare minimum. Just a tiny broom. Not even the dish soap was there. No salt either... As far as the furniture is concerned, everything is outdated! Frankly, when you see the previous comments, it might be time to renew the furniture. The cabinets are dusty, we found a lot of cobwebs…. And the bathrooms, let's not talk about it!!!! A horrible smell of humidity, which diffused in the room as soon as we opened the doors! The children were only looking forward to leaving! And U.S. too. Shame !!! There is potential, however, but it is not exploited. The street to go to the beach is dark and in the evening there are a lot of dogs. He makes a car or scooter. Taxi 300 baths to go back up minimum.
