Declared 24 meters. And this is a veranda and a corridor in common!!! A complete hole! There is no one at the reception and never. Search by phone!!! The bed is sagged to the point of holes! The pillows are stones. Cotton wool crumpled over the years. The bed is 1.5 m. Two large ones cannot even lie down. A blanket? Forget it. A pathetic bedspread. You need to share it with your partner all night. The room is shabby. You're in danger of having plaster fall on you! For 5 days, they didn't even remove the trash from the toilet! The only convenience in the toilet itself was water. And that disappeared on the last day of our stay. It's a good thing it was raining, and we filled it with water to wash away our excrement! Shock!!! Incidentally, the declared convenience was a TV. But it worked, because the antenna was bitten off, and there weren't even batteries in the remote control. Disgusting. I know Southeast Asia well. I have no complaints about hotels most of the time. But this... Run!!! Oh, by the way, we literally caught the lady at the reception. She just shrugged. Well, so what??? Never and never!

The location is in the alley next to the big C supermarket. Someone will come to open the door as soon as you call. The service is quite thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room is clean and spacious, with air conditioning and hot water. There is a night market next to it, where you can eat seafood. The supermarket is very convenient for dining.

Despite the fact that the hotel is very old and run-down, it has a great location in the center, the beach is 100 m away, and at the same time it is very quiet and calm, there is a panoramic roof, where it is nice to sit in the morning and drink coffee, if you get tired of the balcony. For your money, a great option! Of the minuses - there is never anyone at the reception, the owner is either somewhere in the hotel (he constantly checks water, electricity, toilet paper in common areas), or he is not there at all. (Among the advantages are several phone numbers on the door, you can always dial and even if you don't understand anything, say through the translator "I booked a room, please come now", in 5 minutes they will arrive and check you in right away))) You can leave calmly leaving the key in the open room, or in the lock. We lived in a room with a window to the street and a fan, the toilet and shower are shared by 6 rooms (2 showers, 2 toilets + two sinks for washing separately) - everything is close to the room and always free. No matter how simple it was, we really liked the atmosphere and location, we would stay in this hotel again, especially for such a price)
