The best Hotel we stayed in, just wish it was for longer. Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff and always smiling. Breakfast was great and fresh. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Beach with white sands and clear water. Perfect for families. Love their surprise of the day. Breakfast is average. It's in the heart of Samui.
I booked a pool villa. Cleaninest is poor. The pool was dirty and smelly. I paid for the villa to use the pool for three nights, but I ended up not using it at all. It was our wedding anniversary but didn't go well i as wanted. Survived mosquito bites. A snake slithered at my door, just outside the villa. So please be aware. Though i like the hotel, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again after experiencing all those unpleasant things. Snake was the last thing I expected to see in a star hotel.

Recently stayed at Centara for our honeymoon and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed in Koh Samui. Was greeted by Mr Neil and his staff during our check in. We had a really comfortable stay and staff were always ready to assist with any request.
Love the idea of “surprise of the day” button in the room, where they deliver different types of chocolate each day.
One of the highlights of my stay was the food. We went to salt society restaurant for two consecutive nights as they serve high quality food with big portions. It was also refreshing to try out so many salt flavors for our meal.
Overall, my stay at Centara was nothing short of exceptional with their great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel located at the best part of the beach in all of Samui, heaps of water sports to choose from for both kids and adults, great spa and massage, very nice food, unlimited mini bar, and most of all fantastic service. Great staff and in particular Manager Li who really helped to look after us. Would come back again if visiting Koh Samui no doubt.

The service is impeccable. Everyone at the resort is kind and helpful. So many great little details that are unique to the hotel like “surprise of the day” and snacks throughout the day. The resort is big and has its own price beach where you can jet ski and many other water sports. There’s also a beach club and many other entertainment facilities. I’ll definitely come back!

What you’re paying for is the combination of location in Chaweng (next to one of the best beaches, and near to some shops), nice looking resort/grounds that does feel isolated from the busy street right next to it, and reactive service (thru app).
Rooms were nicely appointed with view, but felt a bit skin deep (materials chosen, minor dust, stained utensils) - one example is where they give fruit/macaroons in room as welcome, but failed to cover properly against ants so it was inedible. Some of this is rectifiable by the fast service.
I liked the segregation of beach club, family pool and adult pool (opposite end of resort), so you can find quiet spots. Food was decent at all restaurants.
