Terrible internet connection in the room, dusty everywhere in the room refrigerator not working even didn't clean.

I stayed here for two nights and I think that would be enough for me. I had a bit of high expectation since it says newly renovated but when I arrived to the room I had a mixed feelings about this place. Location is a bit far out from the city. It’s located in Cheongmon area. The villa I stayed is uphill so it’s a bit tiring to go up and down since I don’t have motorbike. The view is really nice but I found cockroaches and centipede in my room. Shower isn’t that great, the water didn’t run properly I would say. There some mold in the curtains. Also on the second day I heard someone knocked on my door once but I almost couldn’t hear it and was unsure but then I heard someone trying to open the door and turned out it was a cleaning lady. I was a bit surprised and uncomfortable by that. In my opinion staff should have wait for customer to reply back first before trying to enter someone room. The kettle cover also broke but luckily it still works. The room needs a proper deep cleaning. A lot of stains left. Balcony door also kinda broke

This property was better than expected. We booked last minute for one night only. It’s older but seems to be maintained for the most part. Don’t expect 5 stars. The room had a skylight, tub and comfortable bed. It’s a bit out of the main beach area in north Chewang so having a scooter is very useful. The property is built on a hill so it’s quite a steep walk up. The views from the top ocean view rooms are nice and the property is covered in lush greenery. The pool is a nice amenity. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed.

Absolutely disgusting, dont even think about to go here! We came in our room, opened te bed sheet and it was full of dirty spots, hairs, and some kind of grains (I don’t even want to know what it was). The room was dirty, airconditioning full of moulds, it looks like the previous guests just left. The bathroom was abandoned, full of red frogs and other animals in the shower outside. This whole place looks abandoned. We should stay here 7 nights but we stayed only one night. We didnt sleep at all… absolutely never seen this before… if I can give 0 stars, I would do so! I warn you, don’t go to this place! Its a nightmare! Note: the manager/owner admitted with us and gave us our 6 nights money back. So that was a plus for the service.

This resort was incredibly disappointing. From the time I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes at the reception because it was unattended. Finally when I booked in I was driven in a golf cart to my room. The gradient of road to the room was very steep. Then a further two flights of stairs were climbed. The room was spacious but very tired and outdated. The ac failed to become cool also, so sleeping in the evening was uncomfortable. The view was lovely (a saving grace)! The restaurant was closed which required descending the steep hill to cross the road and dine at another resort. As I booked in. I booked a taxi to the airport at 6.45am through reception. The next morning, I left my bags outside my room ready to be collected by reception and descended the hill to reception to be informed by another guest that reception did not open until 8.00. There was not an employee in sight! So, I returned to my room, lugged my 2 pieces of luggage down two flights of stairs, the carefully descended the steep hill to successfully arrive at reception. Information at the hotel was non existent because the one chap at reception only spoke Thai. Please avoid this place.

I live in Thailand and visit Samui often and discovered this gem of a resort. Rooms are massive.
