Nice hotel with a nice swimming pool. The room is actually an all-wood bungalow. Very well equipped with a very large bathroom (bathtub, indoor shower and outdoor shower) Air conditioning in the bedroom only. The only problem is that the bungalow is not soundproofed and you can hear guests talking about the neighboring bungalow.
The hotel is not located in a very busy area so it is better to be motorized. A few restaurants around but the road is dark in the evening for walking. Basic breakfast.

A bit far from everything, you should be mobile. The room is very simply furnished. The garden is beautiful. The staff, with the exception of one lady, is bored and doesn't care about the guests at all. They hang in their desk chairs behind the reception and hardly move. The staff at breakfast even tops this off, not only are they not friendly, I found them to be friendly. The breakfast itself must be chosen very sparingly; no more is allowed. I don't recommend it and I certainly won't go there again.

Расположение на пляже Липа Ной очень удачное, выход в море удобный и пологий. Территория очень зеленая, сервис приветливый и доброжелательный. Завтраки скромные. Жили в вилле с видом на сад - все очень понравилось

Praia e por do sol lindos. Ficámos numa das cabanas, muito bonitas também e a poucos passos da praia. Atenção à quem tem o sono leve, o isolamento sonoro das cabanas é muito mau, à noite ouve-se os pássaros /insetos como se estivesse na rua.
Pequeno almoço não é buffet, tem um menu do qual se escolha uma bebida quente, uma fria e um prato e não permite repetição.
Para conhecer a ilha o ideal é alugar moto porque o hotel está isolado.

My first time in Thailand, I read the Trip Advisor reviews, my travel agent booked this place for me through *******. The bottom line is you get what you pay for. I cried, and stayed one night. I found another, more expensive place within 24 hours.

A very nice place to stay with a lovely area and great pool looking over the beach. The room was excellent with a lovely balcony, however we had stains on the bed sheet which looked suspiciously like blood so they obviously weren't changed and the 'kettle' was around 40 years old and had ants in the water. The staff were friendly but had trouble understanding even basic English which made communication very hard. Overall a good stay and worth a visit
