This boutique resort was great. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests. The location is in the far northern end of Lamai so it's nice and quiet but still not far from restaurants and shops. The resort was clean and neat. The buffet breakfast was great and had a good variety of food on offer. Kayaking was also great. The facilities were excellent. Overall a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle and just relax.

First of all, we had the unpleasant experience of finding out that our room was not available and we would have to stay in another room for one night. The feeling that we had arrived in a place and could unpack and enjoy those days, we did not have. Moreover, the room we stayed in the first night, although they called it an upgrade, smelled bad and was dirty. Then the breakfast that starts at 08:00 and which is not even ready at this time, there are still foils on the food and you have to wait for the hotel staff to take pictures of the food before you can start, I don’t understand why. If you plan excursions, these usually start between 07:00 and 08:00 and so you have no way to enjoy breakfast, which is why out of 5 breakfasts I missed 3. In terms of cleanliness for a hotel with an exceptional rating, be it 2, 3 or 7 stars, there is space to improve. I liked the location because it has a more intimate beach. I also liked the staff at the bar and restaurant in the second part of the day, very nice. If I were to come back here on this island again, I would look first for another hotel, maybe there are better options.

After 3 days in Bangkok we arrived in koh Samui to relax for a week ad so glad we chose this place, form the start the staff where so friendly and helpful, our room was not ready but they allowed us to change, have breakfast use the pool and relax until it was , we had a room ona high floor with stunning views of the beach and the sea, lovley room with a queen size bed , beautifully decorated and very welcoming,unlike what we just had in Bangkok. we ate fabulous meals cooked at the beach restaurant, had lovley cocktails and cold beers all served by the best staff, we loved it here if ever in koh Samui would not hesitate to return . thanks so much

This is a quiete, pleasant, mid size boutique resort with beach access, just off the edge of Lamai Beach. Decent sized on site pool in lush garden. Sea view outdoor restaurant serves tasty and varied food and drinks menu. Room was large with balcony and seaview.

Quiet location in Koh Samui with a clean unpopulated beach and a great pool. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the rooms, clean and comfortable. The little market with not much to offer, is just a Grab cab away. The food street is buzzing however, especially at night. The only inconvenience at the hotel is the numerous flights of steps to descend (and ascend) to the breakfast verandah at the poolside with no handrails. Tough for seniors.

This Hotel is fantastic. The main reason, as per previous reviews, are the amazing hard working and joyous staff. From house keeping, reception, ground and restaurant staff. Everyone works tirelessly to make your stay as special as possible. We couldn't fault the service and each member of staff takes time out to speak to guests with genuine warmth and friendliness. The location being right on the beach is amazing. The sea is clear and protected by an off shore reef. This means that whilst the rest of Lamai may have strong waves. The sea here is far calmer. The food Is plentiful and reasonable priced. The gardens are well cared for and the wifi is the best we've had in Thailand. In short we're really sad to be leaving but can highly recommend this hotel for couples or families looking for comfortable, clean and friendly accommodation.

All good. Exceptional staff. Special thanks to Pupea and the Trainee (sorry can't remember the name) who were most helpful. The breakfast ladies all three of them. Also Mimi keeping the lawn area tidy. We will always have very fond memories of our stay. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon. Thiara
