Great! I really enjoyed my stay here. Great location only 100m from the beach. The woman behind the reception is great. She will help you in anyway possible. Brownie the dog is cute too. Thank you Samui Sea Breeze place for an amazing trip.

We stayed at Samui Seabreeze for 5 nights and loved it! It is a family-run business - the owners are so welcoming and helpful, they gave us advice on day trips to save money and organised a moped for us! The hotel’s restaurant on the beach is great for breakfast! The room was clean and comfortable!

Decent hotel for the price - the manager was nice, super close to the beach, a comfortable bed and quiet at night. The bathroom was a bit basic but it was fine for a few nights and the room had everything you need. Would recommend for an inexpensive stay in Lamai.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The photos do not correspond to reality. The room was filthy like never seen before, I found cobwebs, spiders, mold, dust everywhere, sheets full of hair and never changed. Animals everywhere. Really stay away from this hotel

We stopped at the hotel after reading the reviews and believing that it was on the first line, as indicated on the map on Bookinkom. They thought that there was a wonderful and kind hostess there. We spent the night and were very disappointed. The first thing we were not happy with was the cleaning of the room. There was dust in the bedside tables, dirty plumbing, but snow-white linen. Starting from the door to the room with holes, everything is old and needs renovation. It was very stuffy to sleep in the room and you could hear guests and mopeds passing by. It was also not possible to go out in a swimsuit and immediately into the sea, the hotel is across the road. The rooms were all sold out, it was easy to sell to another guest and we asked for eviction in a day with a refund of part of the funds, at that moment the hostess showed herself. Reviews are very overrated.

For the price, the hotel is excellent, there is a kettle in the room, the air conditioner hangs well and doesn’t blow in your head, like in many other hotels, there are beach towels, drinking water is replenished every day, the beach is 3 minutes across the road, it’s quiet at night!
