Deluxe room 213 was good and spacious with big bath, but has a loud noise from neighbors house ac. There is very good beach for swimming. Nice swimming pool. Perfect breakfast. Friendly staff.

Our stay at the Sarann was unforgettable! Our room was so big and luxurious we were stunned- it had a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and a jacuzzi hot tub on the patio! The room had a massive bed, seating area and closet, and of course it had AC and hot water! The views from the restaurant and pool are STUNNING, and the beach is right on the door step that gives you access to more bars and restaurants and also water sports! We ate at the resort restaurant every night with endless menu options to choose from all being delicious and reasonably priced! All the staff were so kind and friendly and always making sure you have everything you need! The reception staff also spoke good English! Overall our stay at the Sarann was excellent and I would definitely stay here again!!

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. We booked a garden view room but were met with constant street noise, even at night. We couldn't sleep well at all, and the bed was broken the entire trip, they just put 2 smalls bed together and we’re a couple, we couldn't hug each other because of the bed, as I said. The hair dryer had a broken cord and I didn't check it before using it (it was my fault for forgetting to check) then I plugged it in and it smelled burnt and I was really shocked. The reception didn’t even say SORRY, they just said “we changed the new one and gave it to your room”
The reception wasn’t friendly, some was okay but some wasn’t helpful at all. 1 star I gave because the cleaners, they might noticed we had a problem with the bed corners and then the next day they came to clean and put small piece of towels for the corners, that was a great thing we found in this hotel.

This is my first time traveling alone...and I could not have chosen a better place! I went all out and booked a Sea Front Pool Villa...and it was so worth it. Most beautiful view. Absolute relaxing vibe. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I literally stayed there (my room with a pool/restaurant/pool for all guests) for three nights. It was just too great to leave. A wonderful start to my solo travels. Wow! Just wow! I hope I can come here again in the future.

Hotel is good location, easy to find and staff is nice also good service mind. One thing that I was not impressed that is no full body mirror at the room hahaha (I suggest to have it tho)

The staff very friendly and helpful, the location is great very peaceful and easy to travel to tourist area. The foods are normal. The room is clean and comfortable.
