The staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and right attitude. The food is good although the menu is a bit limited, should have more choices.
The internet signal and speed were quite weak and frustrating at times.
Everything else was great, the resort is quite beautiful and my favorite on the whole beach.
Jay (the general manager) was phenomenal and very attentive.
Really great place to stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious and it has an amazing beach. We stayed in a beach front room and it was absolutely wonderful.

Хороший отель 4 звезды.
Плюсы:
- Замечательный персонал, отзывчивый, всегда хорошо выполняли свою работу.
- Отличный пляж, лежаков хватало на всех. Море чистое с хорошим плавным заходом в воду.
- Чистая территория.
Минусы:
- в в зданиях на 6 номеров очень хорошо слышно соседей сверху, а также особенно слышно как скрипят двери,.
- Завтрак немного однообразный, на неделю нормально, но не больше.
- Биллиард и теннисный стол очень уставшие.

Старый отель на хорошем пляже Чавенг Ной. В этом отеле был лет 12 назад, можно сказать что ничего не изменилось. Главное достоинство это пляж. По комфорту стандартный номер оставляет желать лучшего. Сначала заселили в номер где сильно пахло плесенью, пришлось менять, благо поменяли. Очень неудобные подушки. Для меня большим недостатком является отсутсвие хорошего затемнения в номере, так как рассвет в 6 утра, то просыпаешься от этого, шторы вообще не затемняют, со стороны ванны окно, которое тоже пропускает свет. Очень плохо расположен кондиционер, дует прям на кровать, хоть я и пытался его прикрыть.
При выселении попросил забрать мой багаж из номера, так никто и не помог, пришлось самому, благо от стандартных номеров недалеко и без ступенек.

Территория отеля большая, сама вилла комфортная, большая площадь, чисто. Завтраки хорошие.На пляже просторно и много лежаков. В целом впечатление положительное. Отель не хотел нам возвращать деньги за дополнительно оплаченный завтрак, но как компенсацию организовали бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт. Из минусов рядом с отелем нет нормальных кафе, приходилось ехать на тук тук до Чавенга.
