first, i sent an email and a sms the day before to arrive to ask if was any possibility to do the check in earlier because of our boat time, i never received any answer. This hotel need a refurbish, lot of things are old and/or in bad conditions, bed, terrace chairs, the heater for hot water in the shower is litterally inside the shower with visible cables (like dangerous), bad shower drainage, electricity cable inside the rooms for plugs etc... are visible (not hided inside walls),stains on bed sheet, no blackout curtains so at 6.30 its daylight in the room !, wardrobe / closet doesn't have doors, not safe in the rooms, etc... a lot of details like this, but if the cost was 50/60 euros by day should be fine, but we paid for for 115 euros at day we was expecting something fitting this value then as we was uncomfortable in this room i went down the same day of arrival, asking to reception if we can cancel the next 2 days, keeping the first night lo let them time to find other guests and find an arrangment , their answer was really simple : yes you can check out, but no refund they didn't even offer like refund just 1 of the 3 night or a dinner or something. I reply : ok we will leave anyway because we feel not confortable in the room, but i think it's not correct from you to don't do nothing. he reply : ok they didnt care about customers, nothing After this i mentioned him my mail still waiting answer from the day before arrival, he replyed : now because you don't have money back you just complain about everything INCREDIBLE, in every business you can't talk and treat customers like this, on top when the customers say like me : ok i will pay but i will leave. the breakfast was include, simple but ok (not a buffet), there is less tables than rooms so dont come to late if you want a table on the terrace, if you are late you eat on the 3 table on the corridor at the entrance. There is a lot of better ratio price/quality hotels around
