Le Murraya Boutique Serviced Residence & Resort Reviews

We went on vacation as a family, 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 9 years old). We rented a presidential suite to accommodate ourselves comfortably. Upon arrival, everything was great, we checked in, we really liked the room: large, spacious, 3 rooms and all with panoramic glass windows. We enjoyed it for exactly 1 day, since on the second day of our stay the glass wall in our room fell inside the room. It's good that we weren't in the room at that time. We immediately went to the reception, where they assured us that everything would be fixed. After that, a pandemonium began with changing the room, but they didn’t have another large room, and we couldn’t fit the whole family into one. As a result, we had to live with the children in different rooms, which categorically did not suit us. For the rest of the week, nothing was fixed for us, after which we moved to another hotel. These are our impressions of this hotel. I won’t recommend it to anyone, since we went for a comfortable holiday, but got endless relocation to different hotel rooms and living separately from the children!
