Very friendly and helpful, on my request a clothes rack to dry my clothes in the terrace, a new rack was brought for me, very impressed on their efforts. Some more clothing hangers needed. Not enough place to hang towels. The Shower is very slow and not strong.

I just love everything, the staff are friendly and helpful.. it's my first time to do solo travel, and I love everything. It reaches my expectations , and the food is amazing. It's 20 minutes. ride to big Buddha , and fisherman Village...

The location of the hotel and the staff are excellent.
The room cleaning is normal. They take a deposit of 500 baht. The toilet and bath are combined through the wall with two houses. If your neighbors go to the toilet, you will smell it. In house 17, water runs from the toilet tank - noise.
Overall, I liked it, I recommend it.

Excellent location in Koh Samui on Choeng Mon, this resort has it all! Located about 10 minutes from Chaweng beach. Our room was excellent and the beds are very comfortable. Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. The included breakfast is big with a few different options and cooked to order. Eat your breakfast while over looking one of the more beautiful beaches in Koh Samui!

Really beautiful place the staff are brilliant it has a really good restaurant and bar area and a lovely pool area. It is close enough to the action which is just a few minutes walk away. Also you are right on the beach and the resort has wonderful gardens and fish ponds.

We went to the restaurant only last night got dinner food was Judy òk The ting that really pissed me off is that we were charged .twice 30 Bart for ice to add to our drinks. Never ever been charged for ice It is penny pinching at its best. Will not be going back even though I'm here for another 6 nights
