Having booked our superior villa 7 month ago and having stayed before in a superior villa we where given what can only be discribed as 2 rooms off a courtyard we had to go outside to go to the kitchen or bathroom. The pool was very small and dirty in a very dark location. The place was very insecure with no master door to the building only a gate .However it would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. The place was not what we booked as advertised We expressed our concern would be very easy for someone who wanted to enter the building illegally e.g a burglar etc to do so very easily by climbing the 6ft wall. The place was not what we booked as advertised We expressed our concerns to the receptionist who was the most senior member of staff present . There were several text messages between ourselves and the manager via the receptionist expressing our disappointment and offer compromises to pay more money for a different department, The manager wasn't interested refused to come and meet us and then cancelled our booking with the reason we failed to turn up ehen we were actually sat in the reception We were then left stranded in koh samui, not able to speak the language tired from a very long journey angry,frightened and frustrated. Fortunately a taxi driver came to our aid and we ended up in the Chawang Garden Beach resort for not much more money and a much much higher standard of facilities, location and service
