There were numerous issues, all concerning and contrary to all booking information provided online at the time of booking. We have stayed 1 night, and since checked out as it was so bad to our health. We are seeking a refund of the remaining 9 days we did not stay at hotel.
For reference, we have taken numerous photos at the appalling state of the hotel and rooms.
Room - extremely hot, despite AC running full power, I noticed there is gaps in the wall to the outside which I’m guessing is why the rooms remained hot. Doors do not lock securely, meaning unsafe, yellow stains on white bed linen repugnant. No hot water, cold or warm only.
Pool - mould and algae growing in pool, making it unusable
Bar - was closed, and never saw any service there being available at any time
Breakfast - all cooled items were hot, yoghurts, drink, fruit and milk were sitting around without ice or cooling. Extremely bad health risk.
