服務普通，飯店設施沒有在維護，樹木植栽都沒修剪，蚊子非常多。
房間水龍頭鬆掉壞掉也不維修，房間沙發非常非常髒，連碰都不敢碰，讓人覺得床也很髒，住一晚跳電4次。
非常不推薦，同價錢可以選更好的飯店。
飯店在一條小巷子內，巷子內環境髒亂。

目前國內人很少住過，很不錯的酒店。不屬於奢華酒店，度假休閑的定位。位置不錯。不是很鬧市的地方，走過去十幾分鍾。酒店房間很大，一樓還有小泡池，樓頂是個露天陽台很大，我住的是靠海邊的第一間，一線海景，真的很美。歐美人居多

性價比很好。非常安靜的酒店。
這次去住了兩個酒店，另一個檔次還高，其實我還是喜歡這家。裏Fisherman village 也不遠，也不那麼近就不用擔心吵鬧的環境。如果我再一次去蘇梅島，會選這個酒店。

Européen en vacances avec ma compagne Thaïlandaise, nous avons tous les deux été déçu : 1) par le petit déjeuner très light ou payant pour plus… les fruit n était pas coupé frais du matin, mon pain était du surgelé… le petit déjeuner Thaï que ma compagne a pris était basic et sans saveur bref à ne pas prendre en option…
2) le personnel au service de table dans la majorité pas très souriant .
Sinon l hôtel est top, les chambres sont très bien et la douche extérieur en nature est géniale…. Heureusement que le cadre fait oublier ces petits défauts…

Pessima esperienza.
Purtroppo per una truffa online sui biglietti aerei non sono potuto piu andare in Thailandia e di quelle prenotate senza cancellazione è stata l'unica struttura che,nonostante l'intervento molto premuroso di TRIP, è stata inflessibile.e categorica.
Al contrario di altre 2 hanno compreso il mio disagio comunicato con 15 GG di anticipo hanno provveduto al rimborso.

性價比很高，服務不錯，床有點硬，但是房間很特色，住這邊幾乎都是老外，還有個健身房，但是海邊餐廳露天的很熱，蚊子比較多，其他很好。
