Friendly and caring staff always respond quickly to any requests and wishes.
We took a villa with two bedrooms and a swimming pool - it was very convenient, although the communal pool was always empty.
Breakfast a la carte.
We will definitely come back here again!

I booked the pool villa for the first night and the normal villa for the second night. I checked into the pool villa at 7 o'clock that night. When I had breakfast at 9 o'clock the next morning, the staff asked me to move to the normal villa, saying that the pool villa would be available soon. Someone has checked in. Didn't I say check out at 12 o'clock? The waiter has always had a dark face, and he checked in because of the good reviews. As a result, he forced people to change rooms, which made people very upset.

We had the most amazing time at Chuz Villas with our family. We stayed in one of the family villas with our own private pool and it was wonderful. The villa was immaculate, loads of space for the four of us and the beds were soooo comfy. The private pool was fab and the shared pool was really great too, and never busy with only 8 villas. Our room was given a tidy amd clean towels every other day, when we requested it, and water, toilet roll etc were provided every day. Breakfast was delicious too, with a choice of Thai fried rice, pancakes or eggs and bacon, all with coffee, juice, fruit on top. Location wise, the nearest beach wasnt the best but you can walk to the main bit of Lamai beach which was great or else Crystal Bay is also gorgeous and a 15 walk in the other direction. Lamai town for all the shops, bars and restaurants is a 15-20 minute walk or there are loads of taxis shuttling back and forth. There is a bit if noise from traffic from the nearby road but not enough to really bother us and am sure it's similar for most Samui hotels. All in all, very highly recommended if you want a luxury villa in a small complex on Koh Samui.
