reception staff were so lovely and made everything so easy for us from dinner right next door to renting scooters to us. pool was very relaxing and some delicious cafes around the hotel. room had cold aircon and was very clean. :)

The rooms are ok. The location is quite far away from the beach but not a problem if you’re ok to walk around 25 minutes. We were made to pay extra per night for air con which wasn’t right as our booking included it. After showing proof of this, they said to pay it or cancel and find somewhere else.

Nice, simple hotel away from the noise. I had to ask the stafff to clean- which they did, so no problem.

The cleaning lady forgot to clean the room at least 3 times. The room was smelling like molt. But location was really great, lots around the hotel.

Great place, right in the tourist area, close to Lotus convenience store, the room is clean, the boss is friendly, and there is free breakfast

The manger here is lively couldn’t do enough to help us. Our apartment was cleaned most days and always fresh towels when asked for. The pool is freezing which is a first here in Koh samui so I welcomed that!! Great stay would stay again and recommend
