The boss is very enthusiastic. The small traditional Thai-style bungalow in the garden is clean and well-equipped. It is also very quiet at night. The location is very good. It is less than ten minutes' walk to Lamai Beach. There are many restaurants and bars around. It is cheap and good value.

Good location.
Check in was a joke.
Check out time is 12 noon check-in time 2 pm I arrive at 2:15 pm. and told I’ll have to wait 1 1/2 hours for my room. I’m the only one checking in. They said 10 people checked out today and there short staffed, even if they all checked out at the last minute, 12 noon, it doesn’t take three and three-quarter hours to clean one room. As I was the only person checking in.

Anil was great, very friendly and good service. Started with the satay chicken skewers which were very tasty and had the massaman beef for mains, also very tasty and was a nice big portion. Did not leave hungry. Would definitely recommend eating at Baan Lamai 👍

This hotel is amazingly beautiful. Rooms good size staff are very helpful, great outside and very spacious.. bed is very comfy. Beautiful coffee shop next doir, excellent facilities, across road was the beach. thing which was a major down side to anyone who wanted company, they charged 1000bht per night, even though if u booked for two people. So be careful. They informed me of this on arrival as a new policy and wanted me to sign piece of paper, which also included a 300 bht if u lost your key card. Amazingly the policy started the next day.. apart from this great location. Could not fault anything else.

The resort is beautiful; it has a great nice clean swimming pool and a good restaurant. And very friendly and helpful staff! The hotel rooms are a bit bare but sufficiently equipped with what you need. Unfortunately, I advise everyone to store valuables properly, my daughter had placed her beautiful necklace next to the sink in good faith and it had disappeared after cleaning the room....

Price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. Service is mediocre. Waiters stand next to the table until you order...if there are two of you and one has finished, your dishes are cleared away immediately...even if you are still chewing the bite...small portion for a high price...quality of food varies...visit was disappointing despite the nice location

Located opposite the beach, this vast restaurant, largely open to the sky, is a great success. The welcome is smiling and professional, as is the service. Good a**osphere. Nice bar. Excellent cocktails. Thai and western cuisine. We had spaghetti bolognese for one, carbonara for the other. No complaints about the preparation. The cooking that we had requested al dente was perfect. On the other hand, the portions are frankly not suitable for large appetites… The prices are logically higher near the beach but remain correct.
