A wonderful hotel with great value for money! The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a separate set of towels for the pool and the beach. Yes, the furniture is not new, but it is good quality. The balcony is spacious, and we had a lovely view of greenery, palm trees, and even a field with a real buffalo 😊 The hotel staff are very friendly, and laundry service can be arranged at the reception desk. There is a Top’s supermarket nearby, and if you walk uphill from the hotel, you’ll find a place called Food Corner, which we highly recommend. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Since Chaweng has very few beach access points due to dense beachfront development, this is a big plus. Some reviews mention that the hotel has its own sunbeds on the beach, although we didn’t use them. The main street is also about a 5-minute walk away, or you can easily get there by tuk-tuk.

It's clean, cheap, spacious and has everything you need. I don't really care that many things look old. The bed is still comfortable and the AC works well. I think the shower runs hot and cold. It isn't consistent.

Don’t come here and don’t rent here the scooter came with no petrol and they SCAMMED us at the end by saying I crashed the scooter but somehow he only showed me scratches that was already there this place was headache and the have no lift

accidentally booked my room for the wrong date, and unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund or change the booking. However, I really want to thank Trip.com customer service for trying their best to assist me , I truly appreciate their effort and support. They explained clearly that the hotel’s policy doesn’t allow changes or refunds unless processed through them, which I understand. That said, my experience at the hotel itself was quite disappointing. The front desk staff were not helpful during my stay. I also had an issue with the laundry service — I was told it would be ready by 6pm, but it wasn’t. I waited until the next morning and still didn’t receive it. After following up multiple times (about three times), I finally got my laundry. Overall, I’m grateful for Trip.com’s help, but the hotel service definitely needs improvement.

First class service and close to the Chaweng beach.
