The general experience was great, beautiful facilities, great service, but this hotel is more for families with older children because they don’t have a children playroom. Other than that, overall we had an excellent time there though.

Absolutely loved it, the most beautiful bar ever. The service is the best especially WhatsApp communication channel. Some facilities do seem a bit outdated and the variety of breakfast items is somewhat limited.

The check-in experience is superb! There is a wonderful fireworks show at 8:30 in the evening!
I stayed in a small villa and called a car through the front desk for pick-up.
The beach of W Hotel is super beautiful, very clean, and the service facilities are also complete!
The breakfast is also delicious~ Koh Samui is so beautiful and full of holiday feeling!
